Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The Nature of Digital Assets & Absolute Non-Refundability

Muslimah Academy (legally operated by Anjali) specializes in the distribution of intangible, highly valuable digital knowledge assets (including but not limited to PDF workbooks, downloadable templates, and pre-recorded HD video masterclasses). Due to the intrinsic, easily duplicable, and instantly consumable nature of these digital files, traditional return policies applied to physical retail are technologically and logistically impossible.

Therefore, we enforce a strict, uncompromising No-Refund Policy. By completing a purchase on muslimahacademy.store, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all sales of digital products are final. Once our automated system provisions the download link or grants vault access, the intellectual property has been transferred, and the transaction is irreversible.

2. Excluded Grounds for Refunds

To maintain absolute clarity, we do not issue refunds, partial credits, or exchanges under any of the following circumstances:

  • "Change of mind" or buyer's remorse after the transaction is completed.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the content, layout, or stylistic choices of the educational material.
  • Failure of the buyer to thoroughly read the provided product synopsis, curriculum outline, or technical requirements before purchase.
  • Lack of technical proficiency to open standard file formats (e.g., PDF, MP4, ZIP).
  • Failure to apply the teachings or achieve personal/financial success (see our Earnings Disclaimer).

3. Service Cancellation: Live Mentorship Programs

For services requiring the live dedication of our instructors, such as the "1-on-1 Sisterhood Mentorship," your payment reserves an exclusive time slot. Cancellations resulting in a refund are strictly prohibited once the first session is booked.

Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule a live session by providing formal written notice to support@muslimahacademy.store a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to attend a session ("No-Show") or failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the total forfeiture of that specific session with zero financial compensation or make-up dates provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Gateway Errors)

We will issue a full refund to the original payment method exclusively under the following verified operational errors:

  • Duplicate Billing: If our payment gateway erroneously captures multiple charges for a single intended transaction.
  • Insurmountable System Failure: If a critical server error on our end entirely prevents us from delivering the digital asset, and our technical support team is unable to manually resolve the fulfillment within 72 business hours.

5. Anti-Chargeback Protocol

Any attempt to bypass this policy by filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with your credit card provider or bank will be met with immediate legal contestation. We log all IP addresses, timestamped delivery receipts, and access logs. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in the permanent ban of your IP address and email from all future Muslimah Academy assets and sister networks.
