Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, all sales are final except in the situations below.

When you are entitled to a refund

• Payment taken, no delivery: you were charged but did not receive a download link, and we cannot deliver within 48 hours of your request.
• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Defective file: the file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy within 48 hours.
• Not as described: the content is materially different from the description on the product page.

How to request a refund

Email contact@muslimahacademy.store within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID, the email used at checkout and the reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Cancellation

As delivery is immediate, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is created and any amount debited is reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay.
