This policy explains what personal data Muslimah Academy collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- At checkout: your name, email address and mobile number.
- Order records: the product, amount, date, and Razorpay order and payment IDs.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security.
We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your download
- To send order-related emails and answer support requests
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To prevent fraud and misuse of download links
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask to receive them.
Sharing
Your data is shared only with Razorpay (to process payment), our hosting provider (to run the website) and authorities where required by law.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete other data at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing contact@muslimahacademy.store.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie needed for secure checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
