When writing about an order
Please include the email address you used at checkout and your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and appears in the payment confirmation from Razorpay). This lets us find your order quickly.
Grievances
Complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at contact@muslimahacademy.store. They are acknowledged within 1 working day and resolved within 3 working days wherever possible.
